A common reason is that your mobile does not have SyncML.
We are continuously testing new mobiles to add to the compatible phone's list. However, if your mobile has the required features and we do not have it listed, it is very possible that we haven't completed the registration process for your model. In such a case please sign-up for Syncxo Free and consult your user's guide or try one of the guides to a mobile similar to your own as a lot of the models have very similar guides.
After you got it working please contact us at support@syncxo.com

You need GPRS (or GSM, EDGE, UMTS, CDMA) to use your mobile with Syncxo. Normally it is completely free to set it up and it will take less than 5 minutes to get it done. You will probably receive a configuration setting that you will need to install. After you configured the GPRS connection you can start using Syncxo.

f If you can not sync your mobile, please try this, as it usually solves the problem:
Go to Menu, then Settings, Select Configuration , then Preferred access point. See if there exists an Access point with your phone company's name, e.g. Telco Internet. Select this as your Preferred Access point and try to sync again. When this is the case please contact your mobile provider.
If some of your contacts contain no phone number, these contacts will not be copied when you sync your mobile.
Certain mobiles, e.g. Nokia 6610i, don't have the ability to show calendar entries like this and the only way you can get around this problem, is to divide the event into several, i.e. one event per day.
There can be a number of different reason for this.
* Your mobile isn't syncML enabled. Plase double-check that it is.
* Your internet setting aren't correct. Please contact your service provider and make sure you've got the right settings.
* You received an SMS or a MMS while you tried to sync. Please try again.
* If your mobile has more than one sync client installed, it may have problems synching. Try to go to Sync settings on your mobile and disable the calendar from being synchronised, as this ought to fix the problem.
If none of this solves your problem, please contact our support desk on support@syncxo.comand our support team will be glad to help you.
