Always the right information 
With Syncxo Free you can always and everywhere read and/or edit your calendar. The synchronisation is two way, which means that appointments created or edited on your mobile device are directly visible on your desktop pc or laptop pc, and vice versa. So you will always have access to the most up-to-date information.

Wherever you are
You will have access to your calendar, not only via your standard PC or mobile device, but from every workspace. For example, from the office of a client, from home, from an airport or from an internet cafe anywhere in the world. The only things you will need are an internet browser and your login details.

With Syncxo Free you will have the freedom to go anywhere you would like to go, without loosing your information. When you choose (or upgrade to) Syncxo Basic or Syncxo Premium you will get access to your contacts, tasks and e-mail as well. 

Always identical information 
By synchronising your data you will always have identical information on your PC and mobile device(s). You will never again have to manually compare your information between your PC and mobile device. Your computer does not have to be on all the time in order to synchronise, because your data is stored on the servers of Syncxo in one of the highly secure datacenters. You have 24/7 access to your data.

What do you need:
- An GPRS/UMTS connection on your mobile device;
- Your phone needs to be supported by Syncxo;
- Outlook 2000 or higher;
- A broadband internet connection on your PC/Laptop.

How does it work?
For synchronisation between your desktop PC and the Syncxo servers Syncxo uses the internet (we advise you to have a broadband connection).

For synchronisation between your notebook and the Syncxo servers Syncxo you can use the internet (we advise you to have a broadband connection), when you have a wired connection available. If no wired connection is available Syncxo uses the standard WiFi, WiMax, GPRS or UMTS networks of the (mobile) operators to exchange data over-the-air (wireless).

For synchronisation between our Syncxo servers and your mobile device(s) Syncxo uses the standard WiFi, WiMax, GPRS or UMTS networks of the (mobile) operators to exchange data over-the-air (wireless). Syncxo only synchronises information that has been added or changed. When we send email, we only send headers. This way we keep the data traffic as low as possible to prevent you from getting high bills from your provider. 

Security 
Our servers are placed in professional and highly secured data warehouses. All data is encrypted. Of course the data is only accessible to you, this via a unique username/password combination. 

Installation & Operation 
Installation and operation of Syncxo are very easy.

You install our software on your PC or laptop. With our Set and Forget feature your data can be synchronised at regular intervals. Next you configure your mobile device, and you are set to synchronise. 

Lost or theft 
When you have lost your PC/Laptop or mobile device or if it is stolen, do not despair. Your data is stored on our servers. You can as well see our servers as a back-up of data. When you buy a new device you only need to install the Syncxo software, and configure your mobile device. You synchronise and you will have all your data back again. 

Does Syncxo work with my mobile device? 
Syncxo supports almost every mobile device with integrated SyncML functionality or Blackberry’s and Windows Mobile telephones. On our Syncxo supported phone list, you can see if your phone is supported. For a list of supported phones, look at supported phones.

Syncxo Free is really free! 

If you want access to your contacts, tasks you can upgrade to Syncxo Basic at € 3,00 per month.

If you would like to have access to your contacts, tasks and emails as well you can upgrade to Syncxo Premium at € 11,90 per month.
